It takes amazing people to turn life's challenges into life changing possibilities. Thank you for considering the very caring and loving choice of open adoption.  We know first hand that open adoption works because we adopted our daugheter, Ayden, through open adoption. Our dream is to grow our family through open adoption and bring another child into our lives. Our ideal family is one where the brothers and sisters all come from open adoptions.

In open adoption you will always know that your baby is happy and well care for. We're looking forward to an open adoption that will be comfortable for you - we're completely open to the kind of contact that you feel will be right for you. We have no preference about the race, ethnicity, or gender of the baby - we'll love whatever child comes into our lives. We'd love to hear all about your hopes and dreams for the future.

We both come from large families and our relationships with our brothers and sisters mean so much to us. We want our children to have a brother or sister they can count on too - life is just better with a big sister or brother around!  Our greatest wish is that this will be the start of a wonderful journey, in which we all cherish and love a very special child.

Our Homestudy & Approval Process

Our home study was completed by a licensed social worker and then approved by The Independent Adoption Center. The IAC, who completed our home study, are also available for open adoption counseling if you would like to speak to them.  They can tell you all about us and our open adoption.   You can also talk to us about our experiences with open adoption.

Why Open Adoption?
We chose open adoption because being open and honest with our child is very important to us.  We want our children to know about all of the care and thought that went into their placement plans.  Our children will know their birthparents as very special people who put a lot of love and attention into creating the best possible placement plan.
